Protein Packed "Frosty"

Want to indulge in a Wendy's Frosty, without all the guilt?



First you'll need to make your own sweetened condensed milk

1 (12 oz) can evaporated skim milk
1 1/2 c nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 c Splenda
In large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate.

This recipe makes more than you'll need but it keeps well in the refrigerator.

Ok now to make the Frosty

You will need 6oz of the "sweetened" condensed milk
8oz of sugar free Cool Whip or a similar brand
1/2 gallon of low-fat milk
2 tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup
1-2 scoop(s) of your favorite protein powder

Mix all ingredients in an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes.
